About the Author:

Carol E.B. Choksy, Ph.D., CRM, PMP, is a records management consultant, as well as an adjunct lecturer at the School of Library and Information Science at Indiana University, Bloomington. She has more than 30 years of experience with records management in every phase of the life cycle and in nearly every industry, including federal, state, and local government. Choksy earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Chicago.
