About the Author:

Roderick C. Wallace, CRM, has been a practitioner and consultant in records and information management since 1978. In 1990, he founded Insurance Records Services consultant practice, which in recent years, has been focused on international records retention. With co-author David O. Stephens, CRM, he wrote Electronic Record Retention: New Strategies for Data Life Cycle Management.
